How to get the best out of your Heat @ Home tiffin

Oven, stove top or microwave

Main Curries & Rice

We recommend heating the main curries and rice in the oven at 180c until piping hot (30-40 minutes). We suggest placing tins onto a roasting tray and stirring occasionally throughout the process.

TIP: Sprinkle a tiny amount of water on the rice to avoid it from getting dry in the oven.

-

Rotli (Chapati)

These are yummy as they are, but if you wanted to heat them up - place in a frying pan and heat (rotate occasionally) on low heat. You can also add extra butter if you wish.

-

Katchumber (Salad)

Best enjoyed cold.

-

Dessert (if included)

Gulab Jamun
Heat up the saffron syrup and pour over the jamuns.

Halwa
This can be heated on the stove or oven. Keep stirring until hot.

-

Please be careful when dishing up from the hot tins!

What to do with your empty tiffins

All we ask (for hygiene purposes) is for the tiffins to be washed with detergent before we collect. They are dishwasher safe, so feel free to pop them on the top shelf.

We will collect them between Saturday to Tuesday.

When you receive your order, please inform the driver where you will leave the tiffins outside for collection.
